Portrait Sessions
A sitting fee of $75 will provide up to two and a half hours of photo session time for an individual or one family. (Add $5 extra per person, or per pet, beyond your immediate family.) I am happy to be flexible with children (or adults!) needing to eat, take breaks or have a change in clothing. The sitting fee is due at your session and includes my time for travel, the session, photo editing and preparation of an online gallery of proofs.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, you will be charged the price you were quoted at the time of booking.

What to Wear
You may dress formally or casually...just wear something that’s comfortable and that suits you. Solids or subtle patterns look best in photos. Shirts with printed messages or pictures tend to pull the attention away from your face. Similar or coordinating colors within a group really help to tie a photo together. I generally recommend wearing a color other than all white, but we can discuss the look you're after. It's important that your photos reflect you!

Locations and Timing
There are many great parks in our area, or my home provides a nice outdoor location as well. We can arrange a location within a 45 minute radius of SE Hillsboro. Morning or evening light is best for photos, avoiding bright sun as much as possible. As outdoor photo sessions are weather permitting, we can always reschedule if we’re rained out. If you’re hoping to have prints in time for a specific event or holiday, try to schedule your photo session with some time built-in to accommodate possible weather delays and the printing process.

Print Orders
Ordering prints will take place online via your proof gallery. Your prints will be shipped directly to you. All prints come from a professional lab and with a lustre finish. They are guaranteed, so if you don’t like them for any reason, they can be returned for a reprint or a refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. Digital Downloads
Purchasing a digital download is another option available to you. You may buy a JPEG file of a photo for your own personal use. This means you could use it for display on personal websites or email it to family and friends. This download may not be used for commercial or business purposes. Elaine Heasley Photography maintains the copyright for the downloaded images.
